Rooibos is Afrikaans for the ‘red bush’ it’s harvested from. The name is pronounced ‘Roy Bosch’, and Roy is from Seth Effrika, but he’s put himself about a bit. He’s got bags of character, is naturally sweet and slightly nutty but contains no caffeine and very little tannin.
