Some of our single origin decaf coffees come from established growing regions such as Jinotega in Nicaragua, where coffee is carefully cultivated and selectively picked at the right moment. Starting with better coffee matters more in decaf because the process is less forgiving. If the green coffee is poor, decaffeination will not rescue it.
