All of our decaf coffee beans are sourced from established coffee growing regions where quality and consistency matter more than scale. We work with trusted estates such as the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, known for producing balanced coffees with natural sweetness and depth of flavour.

Each coffee is selected for how it performs after decaffeination, not just how it tastes before. This matters because great decaf starts with great green coffee. By choosing beans that retain character through Swiss Water and Mountain Water decaffeination, we are able to offer decaf coffee beans that still taste like proper coffee.
