A rare find – a velvet-bodied Mexican coffee that uses Organic crystal-clear spring water from the country’s highest peak – Pico de Orizaba – to steam and then wash the beans. It’s a higher quality process than the Swiss Water Decaf Method, as it’s Organic and closer to nature. The flavoid-saturated water dissolves the caffeine but leaves the coffee aroma and the complex taste intact. It – the Method, not the horn – gets rid of over 99% of caffeine while keeping the gorgeous taste intact. Our Swiss Water Brasilia is made from specialty arabica beans grown in the perfect climate, this bold and satisfyingly smooth coffee produces notes of rich dark chocolate that’s consistent throughout the year.

Nat-ur-al-ly the best, better than all the… well, we would say that. Seriously, this is the Colombian decaf coffee you can make your everyday staple. Clean, fresh, rich and naturally decaffeinated using Colombian sugar cane and mountain water. Grown high in Huila by independent smallholder farmers, La Serranía brings together Caturra and Castillo beans grown between 1,500 and 1,750 metres. It is the sort of coffee that works first thing, after lunch or whenever another cup seems like a very good idea. Full of character without trying too hard, rich without shouting about it and smooth without being boring. Proper Colombian coffee with almost all the caffeine politely shown the door. Just the way the British like things.
